NHAI signs agreement for ₹673 cr Multi-Modal Logistics Park in Nagpur
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) enters into an agreement with Delta Bulk Shipping India to develop a Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Nagpur at a cost of ₹673 crore. The project, covering 150 acres, will be executed on a public-private partnership (PPP) model, marking it as the first MMLP in Maharashtra under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan. This initiative is part of NHAI's larger plan to establish 35 multi-modal logistics parks across the country under the Bharatmala Project. The government's investment in building all the parks is ₹50,000 crore, and the Nagpur project is the fifth to be awarded under this plan.
