NHAI has granted Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) bundles 13 and 14, totaling 273 km, at a combined value of ₹9,384 crores. IRB Infrastructure Trust secured TOT bundle 13, covering Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, for ₹1,683 crores. Cube Highways and Infrastructure Pte Ltd clinched TOT bundle 14, encompassing Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Odisha, for ₹7,701 crores. The 20-year concession period requires Concessionaires to maintain and operate the stretches while collecting user fees. These awards, coupled with previous TOT bundles, surpass the fiscal year's ₹10,000 crore monetization target, showcasing the success of the TOT model in fostering private participation and enhancing the National Highway Network in India.
