The 63 acres project will have about 15 million sq ft of built-up area with 30 residential and commercial towers around Delhi Metro’s Pink and Blue Line corridors. The goal of the East Delhi Hub project is to achieve an architectural typology that responds to the transit network and movement patterns of the city, informed Dikshu C Kukreja, managing principal at CP Kukreja Architects, a design firm for the project. To enable this, the project has incorporated findings from studies on density control, urban massing and public space networks that define the architecture supporting the circulation network within a city. It will house the tallest residential tower with 47 floors with vertical and terrace gardens. About 1,524 units have been proposed for the project.
