Migsun realty to build ₹700-cr warehousing facility in Noida

Real estate builder, Migsun Group, has planned to build a ₹700 crore warehousing project spreading across 4 million square feet in six towers housing a data centre and IT space at a special economic zone in Greater Noida. The group had acquired Ansal and HDFC's stakes and now will develop the 37.5-acre mixed-use project with built-to-suit commercial, IT, and industrial units. The company has completed master planning of the project which includes 10 lakh (1 million) sq ft of warehousing, 16 lakh sq ft of data centre and about 18 lakh sq ft of IT office space across towers.

Managing Director Yash Miglani informed that the site is a strategically located with roads on three sides, which allows the developer to explore the possibility of having a data centre and warehouse. The company is currently executing 16 projects, both residential and commercial, in various parts of the National Capital Region and already completed more than 40 projects with 20 million sq ft in various regions of Delhi-NCR during its three decades of operations in the region.
