The IGBC introduces innovative rating tools, including the Net-Zero Carbon (pilot version) rating system, to accelerate the adoption of green building projects in India. The tools aim to reduce operational and embodied emissions by optimizing building performance through passive features, technologies, and renewable energy systems.
