Bids Invited for Multimodal Logistics Park Development in Jogighopa, Assam

The National Highways Logistics Management (NHLM) has issued a call for bids to develop a multimodal logistics park (MMLP) in Jogighopa, Bongaigaon, Assam. The project will be executed on a design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) basis.

The scope of work encompasses the design, procurement, construction, and development of project-related infrastructure, including core warehousing facilities, support logistic and utility facilities, racking systems, maintenance of railway line connectivity, road and transportation facilities, and other amenities.

Valued at Rs 640.57 crore, the project will be developed through a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The essential development phase is expected to be completed within six months from the appointed date.Bids submission deadline is August 3, 2023.
