The AVJ 813 has been developed as a compact primary crushing solution for hard-rock applications. Its compact design allows complete plants to remain within transport regulations, while the skid-mounted configuration is available for fixed installations.
The crusher features a 1,270 x 870 mm feed opening and can accept feed sizes of up to 780 mm. It uses a heavy-duty single-toggle design with a welded carbon steel frame, reversible jaw plates and an optimised crushing chamber and nip angle.
An electro-hydraulic closed-side setting (CSS) adjustment system allows settings from 60 to 250 mm. The crusher also features ProLive IoT connectivity for monitoring operating data and is designed with maintenance access to reduce service time and equipment downtime.
The AVJ 813 has a crusher speed of 230 rpm and is powered by a 160 kW (215 hp) motor. The basic crusher weight is 28 tonnes. Its capacity is rated at 350 TPH, with actual output varying according to the application, feed material and closed-side setting.
The crusher is available in three configurations: Track Mounted, ProFast and Skid. The configurations are designed to provide the same capacity class across mobile, rapid-deployment and fixed crushing plant applications.
