Hinduja Renewables Crosses 4 TWh of Clean Energy Generation , Cuts 3.17 Million Tonnes of CO₂
With an operational portfolio of over 1.1 GWp across India, HREPL has established a strong presence in the country's renewable energy landscape. The company has a diversified 3 GWp portfolio spanning operational and under-development solar and wind projects and is also actively building its energy storage portfolio with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and pumped hydro solutions. During FY2025–26, HREPL generated 1.103 TWh of renewable electricity across its operational assets, strengthening its position as an integrated clean energy platform as it progresses towards its Mission 10-2030 target of building 10 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.

HREPL continued to strengthen sustainability across its operations by reducing water consumption for solar module cleaning by 60–70% through the deployment of robotic cleaning technology across the majority of its sites. More than 99% of its total waste was recycled through authorised recyclers, reinforcing the company's commitment to circular economy principles. HREPL also advanced community-led water stewardship through CSR initiatives in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu, collectively creating over 62.33 million litres of new water storage capacity and benefiting thousands of people through water literacy programmes.
Beyond environmental stewardship, HREPL's workforce grew by 100% during the year, and the company continued to strengthen its people and governance practices by achieving 100% employee health insurance coverage, encouraging active participation in skill development programmes and anti-corruption training, while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety, diversity, and employee well-being. During the fiscal year, HREPL delivered approximately 446,122 occupational health and safety (OHS) training hours, and all its sites were covered under Emergency Response Plans.
