New Honda V–twin Engine

Today's environment of increasing fuel costs and future emission regulations require that new engine technologies be developed to ensure new OEM products to continue to address customers needs and offer distinct competitive advantage that easily translate into clear customers benefits.

To enable construction equipment & other equipment manufacturers to meet these requirement, Honda Motor Co. has developed a new series of technologically advanced new V-twin engines.

New Honda V–twin Engine

The new V-twin series is based on Honda's legendary OHV technology and consists of six basic engine models designed to provide outstanding performance, low fuel consumption and meet CARB Tier 3 regulation values without the use of catalytics by using Honda's improved combusion technology and friction reduction technology which were based on the air-cooling engine with high efficient cooling structure. Even though this new engine is compact, it has high output performance. Also the cooling fan noise, mechanical noise and emission noise have been reduced, therefore the operating noise level has further been reduced.

Honda Siel Power Products now offer these new V-twin engines to meet the needs for a wide range of engine applications such as a fixed-type application to a riding-type application. We are sure that our new V-twin engine will be the most appropriate performance for each application, including construction equipment.
