Tadano India To Bank On Higher Product Reliability
Japanese mobile crane manufacturing major, Tadano, has made a remarkable business during 2017 by selling one unit of its first 400 ton All Terrain Crane (ATF 400G-6) & Two units of its 220 ton ATF 220G-5 Cranes which is set to drive business based on greater product reliability, performance, and value engineering.
Mr. Shigenobu Yamazaki, Managing Director, Tadano India, said, “The demand for mobile cranes seems to be firm. However, the challenge is to promote the premium class of products in the market. We are positive that we will be able to drive sales with our range of high quality mobile cranes that have less downtime, and therefore, faster completion of projects, higher resale value, and longer lifetime. Our cranes ensure a long-term assurance for our customer which in turn brings more profits on long-term basis. Our cranes are complying our group core values (SQE –Safety, Quality, and Efficiency) accordingly even in the premium segment; we are confident on the future business in India.
He added, “Since the Indian crane rental industry is yet to fully overcome the bearish business scenario, we are offering an attractive business proposition to rental agencies through our premium cranes which value-added solutions in our cranes like ‘LIFT and RELEASE ADJUSTERS’ and ‘SMART CHARTS’ for higher optimization.”
He informed that they are exploring the possibility of promoting their telescopic crawler cranes in the Indian market. We foresee good potential for these cranes as these cranes are offering some unique features against conventional lattice boom cranes like quick and safer setup, maximum pick-n-carry capacity at 360° and less transportation cost.
