SANY India delivers India's largest Crawler Crane for Wind Turbine Installation

The ‘Leviathan’ crane will be used by Dwarkesh Transport for wind turbine installation. The key handover ceremony of the crane was attended by the company’s owners Rajendra Dwivedi, Dipal Dwivedi, Romal Dwivedi along with their family, and by Managing Director, Sany India & South Asia, Deepak Garg, Sanjay Saxena, Senior VP & Head of Heavy Equipment Business Unit, Vinay Oza- Regional Head, West Region, and Kapil Jain, GM - Institutional Sales.
Speaking on the occasion Deepak Garg said, “We share a special bond with Dwarkesh Transport Corporation, who have been our esteemed customer since many years. We cherish this association as both companies continue to grow and capture new markets. Dwarkesh Transport already owns more than 15 cranes of Sany and we wish them success in all their ventures and look forward to achieving new milestones on this journey with them.”
The 800-ton capacity SANY SCC8000A can be configured for boom length up to 168+12 meters for wind energy applications and can handle all wind turbine installation requirements in India. Like all SANY India’s Crawler Cranes, it offers excellent reliability and operational efficiency by virtue of the technological innovations, which also ensure optimum safety, stability, and flexibility in all kinds of operating environments.
The SCC8000A Crawler Crane is currently being used at a wind power project in Kutch, Gujarat.
