JK Mini Cranes : A game changer on construction sites

JK Mini Cranes, an original design of JK Works, has brought a change in the way the contractors and builders build highrise buildings. This in turn has also helped contractors to meet their tight schedule apart from saving money on machinery, operating costs and maintenance. This is so because the JK Mini Cranes can lift bricks, sand, cement, TMT bars, props, spans and tiles smoothly and are very affordable as compared to the tower cranes, apart from being very simple to install and operate. They are proving to be very handy at countless construction sites across India in general and in Pune in particular where no tower is complete without a JK Mini Crane on top of it, working round the clock. Besides this, the crane has been very useful for waterproofing, dam and bridge building works.

Sharing his views on the success story of the company, Managing Director, Jawahar Kapasi, revealed that success is the result of innovation, quality, service and commitment. Explaining the features of its cranes he said, one of the important traits of the JK cranes are their speed, which in turn increases the productivity of the contractor, apart from ensuring safety making it an ideal machine for material handling for the high- rise buildings. It is because of the unmatched and innovative quality of the cranes that the company has been enjoying overwhelming trust of its customers for such a long time. We have a practice that product designs are constantly worked on and improved before launching them in the market. This has given us an edge making the machine a favorite amongst our customers.

JK Mini Cranes : A game changer on construction sites

Only last year, JK Works, entered into the tough rider engineering sector to face the rigorous challenges of uneven grounds at construction sites with many designing innovations. This year saw the launch of much awaited JK mini 1000 – 1 Ton x 150 meters capacity mini crane. 1 Ton capacity crane will be beneficial to contractors and builders as it will save money and time, apart from offering higher speed with minimum operational and maintenance cost. Further he said, we along with our sister company Safari Enterprise offers the entire range of construction machinery from various concrete mixers to mini cranes to tough riders.

Our big clientele includes top-end companies such as Gannon Dunkerely & Co Ltd, Rohan Builders India Pvt Ltd, Nyati Builders Pvt Ltd, JMC Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Mfar Constructions, together with several small companies and individual contractors who all aspire for Quality and Trust which is the hallmark of JK Works. Talking about the market share, Mr. Kapasi said JK Mini Crane is a hands-down winner with over 6000 mini cranes in market and a market share of over 85%.
