Bachan Group Launches Multi–purpose 3 in 1 Equipment

Their quest for better and more productive solution has resulted into the development of an innovative and multi-functional product which they have recently introduced. Company's newly launched 'three in one equipment' is used for lifting, shifting and transporting both the man and material upto the height of 140 m. It's a multi-purpose machine, specially designed and manufactured for multi-story buildings.

The equipment's model no. is A/A1/A2/A3 and it comprises material hoist, builder hoist and centralized pivoted tower crane on the top. The capacity of each equipment incorporated in this, has been designed to meet the day to day requirement of construction sector. The passenger hoist with counterweight ensures the stability & safe working of the car cabin and has a lifting capacity of 1 ton/1.5 ton/2 ton with different cabin sizes depending upon the load capacity.

One - Material Hoist-cantilever type has a lifting capacity of 1.0 MT. Two - Tower crane, mounted on the central axis of the top section of main Passenger Hoist and has the lifting capacity of 500 kg with counterweight. Three - Its boom radius varies from 2 mtrs to 5 mtrs depending upon the models.

All the three equipment incorporated in one work independently. A centralized control panel is provided to operate all these three equipments from one place. However individual control panels are also provided with each equipment. The equipment erection time is substantially less, hardly 5-6 days required.

First of all the centralized booms of this value added equipment, can provide reinforcement steel / bars etc. for concreting of the roof/deck-slab with boom. Secondly the material hoist can carry the required materials (brick, steel bars, tiles etc) to different stories without interfering with other activities. Thirdly the passenger/builder hoist gives the access to the labor/supervisor/inspecting authority to reach to any floor without tiredness and wasting time. Besides being used for transporting manpower, it can also be used for transportation of materials.
