ACE Launch of NX360

ACE, which believes in introducing new models in its pursuit of innovation and customer benefit, has once again expanded its product portfolio with the addition of next-generation intelligent cranes. The new NX-series of multiactivity cranes include the NX360° slew cum Pick ‘N’ Carry (20 ton) crane; NXT-15T Pick ‘N’ Carry crane combined with a telehandler; and NXP-15T Pick ‘N’ Carry crane cum aerial work platform (AWP), which is hydraulically operated from the top.

The NextGen Multiactivity Crane NX360o was launched in Mumbai. Tara Chand Logistic Solutions, a leading steel material handling and solutions provider, bought the first crane from the NX360o series. The key hand-over ceremony took place at SAIL’s warehouse in Kalamboli, Rituraj Garg, Deputy General Manager (West), ACE, handed over the key to top officials of Tara Chand Logistic Solutions in the presence of chief guest, VK Sahni, Regional Operations Manager, SAIL. Also present were officials of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam (RINL), Hindustan Construction Company (HCC), and other organizations.

Speaking on the occasion, Himanshu Agarwal, Director, Tara Chand Logistic Solutions, said, “I am delighted to be part of the NX360° launch by Action Construction Equipment today. We already own various best-in-class ACE equipment such as hydra and new generation cranes, crawler cranes, piling rigs, truck cranes, motor graders, and backhoe loaders. The addition of NX360° cranes has further strengthened our product portfolio. Our long-term association with ACE is testimony of their excellent product offerings and customer service.”

ACE NX 360
VK Sahni commented: “Most of our products are routed through warehouses and we are happy to have a long-term association with Tara Chand Logistics.”

With the launch of NX360° slew cum Pick ‘N’ Carry crane, ACE presents the future of cranes in India. The dual-purpose NX360° slew crane with Pick ‘N’ Carry duty is a boon for various jobs at compact spaces such as metro rail, bridges, flyovers and inside factories. Loaded with safety features such as safe load indicator (SLI) with cut-off, reverse camera, failure protection and safety breaks on hoists, it provides precise and easy handling as well as erection of jobs, faster operations, and seamless operations in rough terrains. In fact, the NX360° is a complete value for money product for customers as it offers the advantage of two distinct operations at the price of one machine, with 50 percent lower operation and maintenance cost as compared to similar slew cranes.

This extremely versatile range of cranes is expected to be of great utility at construction sites in India, aiding in easier and safer construction practices. The NX360° is conceptualized based on the current needs of customers in this segment. It has undergone several extensive trials to meet the industry requirements of smart, efficient products. It can be used for various jobs such as loading, unloading, erection and placement of material at various project and construction sites such as industrial construction, refinery/petrochemical, railway/monorail, bridges/flyovers, power plants and in different industries such as chemical, power, fertilizers, cement, mining, CFS/ICD, fabrication, shipyards, defence, plywood, stone/granite, cable manufacturing and transmission towers.

ACE Launch of NX360

Said Manoj Agarwal - CGM (HED): “The new machines will revolutionize the construction industry in India. The company is actively working out strategies to build a strong market presence as it gears up for increased business opportunities that the current infrastructure space holds. With the new launch, ACE plans to consolidate its share in the cranes’ market of India and extend its reach to other developing markets of the world.”
