ACE Exhibits New Range of Crawler, lattice boom Cranes & Backhoe Loaders
Action Construction Equipment displayed its new higher capacity crawler, lattice boom crane and Backhoe loader at Excon along with its multi utility mobile cranes.
The star attractions at ACE stand were its 49, 74 and 95 hp backhoe loaders which are widely finding application in infrastructure projects in both rural and urban areas. The company’s newly launched 95 hp Backhoe Loader (introduced at Excon after extensive trials of two years) has a 4x4 drive and is highly suitable for hilly terrains in the North-East. “A reliable and durable machine, it will offer the lowest cost of operations and value for money,” avers Sorab Agarwal, Executive Director, Action Construction Equipment.
Another important product on display was ACX 800, 80-ton crawler crane which follows the existing ACX 750, 75-ton crawler crane of the company. It features lightweight yet strong booms with standard safe load indicators, and comes with retractable tracks for ease of transportation. These features make it highly suitable for infra construction projects, especially elevated road and bridge construction projects, where it can be used for setting up the pier caps, concrete and steel girders. It will also be suitable for regular refinery maintenance, and as a supporting crane for windmill erection.
“There is a requirement for crawler cranes of higher capacity and with improved safety features in the light and medium segment of India. So, we have developed new products that deliver more safety along with reliable performance, and lower cost of operations. Since the crane rental companies constitute our major business segment, we have created solutions that meet the application and safety criteria of their clients - the project owners and developers,” says Sorab Agarwal.
ACE also offers truck cranes of 25-30-45-55-60 and 80 tons and is planning to introduce its new BS IV engine compliant truck cranes soon. ACE crawler and mobile truck-mounted cranes are being exported to Africa, SAARC countries, the Middle East, and to countries where it has its own distributors.
At Excon, the company also promoted its multi-utility cranes for use in piling jobs and for industrial material handling jobs with a range of attachments.
