Rising demand for Puzzolana's Tracked Crushers & Screeners

Crushing and Screening Equipment Major, Puzzolana, launches the 250 TPH Tracked Crushing & Screening Plants, along with Jaw, Cone, and Screen configuration.

Hyderabad based Crushing and Screening Equipment Major; Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators are receiving very positive response for its Tracked Crushing & Screening Equipment. Mr. Rajender Khoda, Group Business Development Advisor, Puzzolana, says, "The 250 TPH Tracked Crushing & Screening Plants, which we launched during Excon 2015 in Bengluru with Jaw, Cone, and Screen configuration have got much positive feedback from the market. The performance of the Equipment has been excellent in terms of Production, Fuel Consumption & Maintenance Costs. During last few months, We have already supplied many plants which are working in states of Odisha, Telengana, Chhattisgarh & Andhra Pradesh.

With rising demand from Road Sector, we see demand of all Types of Crushing & Screening Equipment, which includes Static, Semi Mobile & Tracked, going up aggressively both for Commercial Quarry applications as well as for Road Construction.

The Diesel-Electric Tracked Crushers & Screens, which have been developed & manufactured for the first time in India by us, are being powered by CAT /Volvo Engines for Crushers & Eicher Engines for Screeners. These Equipment deliver higher productivity with lower cost per tonne due to higher fuel efficiency & lower cost of maintenance compared to other make Tracked Crushing & Screening Equipment.

Puzzolana will enhance its presence in Coal Mining business with Surface Miners and Feeder Breakers. These products are already in the market and we forecast big demand for these Equipment in coming years.

We would be launching many more new products during 2017 both for Construction & Mining Segments.

With making foray into Tracked Crushing & Screening Equipment as well as Coal Mining Equipment, Puzzolana have put in place a new dedicated product support team for training and maintenance of these Equipment.

With very good back orders for our Equipment, We expect to have a busy start to 2017 which will include some exciting product launches ahead as our growth continues.
