Divulging Puzzolana plan for the show, Mr. Abhijeet Pai says, “The group having a stall of over 1029 sqm is displaying its wide range of products including its popular range of crushers & wheel loaders, new design of crawler mounted primary jaw crushers (Electric/ Hydraulic), crawler screen developed in JV for International & Indian market, launch of newly developed cone crushers, and also the sander crushers for making sand as per IS 383. In addition, the company is exhibiting dynamic air separator for control of (-) 150 microns in the manufactured sand and for Plaster sand and also Steel Castings from its state-of-the-art foundries.”
Giving an overview of company progression, he says, “Puzzolana currently is the leading supplier of crushing plants in India with more than 1800 plants operating successfully. The company has standard modules of capacities ranging 80, 120, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, and 600 tons/hour in two and three stage configurations. It has always been innovative in its operations using indigenous technology to provide high quality products and has the expertise supported by rich experience in design and manufacture of a wide range of products at their factories.
He quipped that the installation of Puzzolana products would not only ensure cost reduction in initial investment but would also contribute substantially to the successful and economical operation of the plant and machinery supplied by them. All their machines were developed with latest technology to minimize the cost of production. In fact, it is the products and service that had given the name and fame to its company.
He informs, “We have now ventured fully into supplying machinery for friable ores with Inpit Feeder Breakers, Roll sizers. Our launch of modern design Surface Miner for continuous mining application, is finding as a replacement for MNC products.”
Witnessing the current scenario, he is expecting that the market would grow in a slow and steady pace and can achieve 6 to 8 percent growth by the end of 2014. “Our endeavor is to focus on our Core business and to be a solution Partner,” he says.
