PROMAN-REMco Launches VSG in JV with Midwestern Screens for Producing Plaster and Concrete Sand in Dry Process

After a decade of success of PROMAN -REMco Vertical Shaft Impactors VSI), PROMAN Infrastructure Services Pvt Ltd, manufacturers and suppliers of crushers, screening and grinding systems, have launched the Vertical Shaft Grinder (VSG) in collaboration with REMco from USA along with a special screen from Midwestern Screens USA, for producing plaster sand, via the dry process, which is used for plastering and special concrete mixes.

PROMAN-REMco VSG machines are high-speed grinders which are applied for the production of a wide variety of fine industrial products. The VSG offers complete fine grinding systems and is custom-engineered to the specific requirements of different sectors.

PROMAN has a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Bangalore, for manufacturing Crushing, Screening and Sand Washing equipment to supply to quarry and minerals sectors. PROMAN VSG machines produce cubical, well-graded plaster sand with minimum power that can produce finer grade of sand to match the spec of plaster sand.

With this, PROMAN is now capable of offering total solutions to produce concrete sand or plaster sand with the wet process (PROMAN-ORTNER) or through the Dry process (Midwestern screens).
