New, Smart Crushers from Torsa

Torsa introduced Smart IVX series of crushers of 150-200 tph at Excon that have a very compact footprint with a combination of jaw-cone and screen mounted on a skid mounted platform. The modular design of the skid mounted plant enables ease of transportation on a flatbed trailer, occupying almost 40% less space, plus, it will require very little civil work during its installation.

The Smart Series of crushers (as the name denotes), is supported by telematics, which will facilitate higher plant availability due to timely alerts on maintenance. The IoT-enabled plant will gather data on various aspects of production, give information on idle times, the capacity on which the plant is running, operating loads, running hours, etc – all of which will help the plant owner to optimize production and plant uptime.

“We are targeting commercial quarry owners and road contractors for the Smart series of machines, which are highly robust and will perform well for 15 to 20 years. They will also reduce the operating cost of the owners due to their efficiency and high productivity,” informed Gopi Krishna More, Managing Director, Torsa Machines Limited.

The company has developed an App for its entire range of spare parts and services, through which equipment owners can order the parts. The App also gives machine operators and owners general information on the machine and timely updates on its maintenance and production schedules.
