CDE Presents Worlds First Complete Mobile Washing System

The M2500 is the worlds first purpose built Mobile Washing Plant, consisting of a fully integrated feeding, screening and sand washing system. The M2500 is a robust, heavy duty machine with easy transportation, installation and operation. Maintenance time is reduced as a result of design features ensuring quick and easy access to wear and maintenance parts. The M2500 has been designed to produce a minimal carbon footprint, whilst providing a machine capable of providing a low cost of ownership for its users – electrically powered, no oil change, no diesel, no problems.

Each section of the M2500 can be customized ensuring that whatever be the client's requirements, the M2500 can provide the best solution possible for it. It is possible to wash and accurately size up to 4 products simultaneously, all types of screening media can easily be fitted and changed, minimising installation time and effort. The M2500 doesn't stop there and has also been designed to integrate with the world leading EvoWash sand plant. This integration allows for up to 2 sands to be produced with all the benefits of the EvoWash range; no fines loss, accurate adjustable sand cut points, dry dewatered sand using the latest in sand plant technology - customised long life hydrocyclones, high frequency dewatering screens and ultra heavy duty slurry pumps are all included as standard.
