UNiSTEEL's RCP 750®Concrete Pavers for canal, reservoir, roads and airports have been fitted with high precision cylinder finisher for concrete slabs for carrying out paving works in streets, parking lots, factory floors, bridges, airports, tennis courts, canal, and reservoirs. It is a custom designed machine, which can finish a width from 3.5mtrs to 20mtrs and has the potential to finish up to 180 sq mtrs per hour in suitable job site conditions. It is also very useful light weighted construction pavers for easy erection and transportation from site to site.

Not just this, its special under carriage consists of a spreader auger to spread the concrete to level, the finishing cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade. The concrete pavers' finishing roll bracket is equipped with vibrator and it can be used alternatively for bed and slope finishing. Apart from this, a special arrangement has been made for PVC INSERTER, which can insert PVC longitudinally as well as vertically. Groove Cutter arrangement has also been made available and customers can use either of the two arrangements as per their requirement. In addition, full section pavers are also supplied with bed width 0.5 mtrs to 5 mtrs and slop length from 2 mtrs to 6 mtrs.

Similarly, the company has PVR 1001®Pavers in its battery fleet for carrying out mass concrete paving jobs in canals and reservoirs. It is heavy duty pavers with finishing width up to 28 meters and more for concrete slabs for paving at airports, canals and reservoirs. The machine can finish up to 180 meters sq per hour. Its special under carriage consists of a spreader auger, which spreads concrete to level and the finishing cylinder to compact and finish the concrete to the grade. The machine can be used alternatively for bed and slope concrete finishing. It has been blended with special arrangements for PVC Inserter to insert PVC longitudinally as well as vertically. And also Groove Cutter arrangement is made and customer can choose any of them as per their requirements.

As far as its technical specifications are concerned, its frame construction blended with heavy duty frames made of welded steel panels in standard length of 3.66 mtrs and 2.5 mtrs. To meet the length variability frames are pin bolted with each other for quick connection. As a result of which the total length varies from 13.48 mtrs to 22 mtrs with flexibility for a greater length. Its prime mover has been equipped with 15HP 1440 RPM, Electric Motor for Fix console and for undercarriage. The pavers with a hydraulic oil capacity of 180 ltrs for fix control and 102 liters for under carriage also has a vibrating finishing assembly cylinder of 10 inch diameter and 6 feet long with 10 inch diameter Auger.
