What are the major products of PARI in this segment? What is the scope for customizing design and capacity to cater for various sizes of vehicles on road today? Which of these products are most demandeing?
Currently, we see very good demand of Stack parking system, Puzzle parking system and among the fully automatic systems. Tower system and Chess system are very popular with our clients.Systems are customized based on the space available and car sizes. Small cars, mid segment cars, luxury sedan and SUV’s can be easily accommodated in our parking systems.
How does automated car parking score for Green construction concerns?
In case of conventional or semi-automatic parking systems cars are driven to the respective parking floors using the ramps and then to the nearest available parking spot. This leads to heavy fuel emission. In case of fully automated systems we have dedicated entry and exit stations. Beyond this point, the parking and retrieving of the car is done automatically by the system. All this time the car engines are switched off, reducing emission significantly. What is the largest/most innovative project you have executed in India or abroad?
Along with NDMC and DLF, we have executed the world’s largest fully automated parking facility in New Delhi, which is spread over two sites – Sarojini Nagar Market and Baba Kharag Singh Marg. The joint capacity of these two projects is 2432 cars.
