GTITM DT Steel Wire Mesh Netting
This factory manufactured roll is made of mechanically double twisted hexagonal wire mesh using heavily galvanized steel wire. The Netting is non-raveling and the edges are reinforced with a thicker wire called the selvedge (edge wire). The Netting is used to prevent small size boulders and rocks from falling onto rail and roadways to prevent loss of property and life. For application in marine or in highly corrosive environments, an additional protection is provided by extruding 0.5mm thick PVC coating over the heavily galvanized wire.Features

GTITM StrongNet
This is manufactured using a composite of Steel Wire Ropes of 8 mm-10mm diameter with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal with opening Steel Wire netting (IS 16014). The product created has better stress distribution with high tensile strength at low strain, and high punch strength with low deformation. This is achieved by tying the wire ropes longitudinally to the edge wires of the double twisted mesh lacing wire.GTITM StrongNet
In GTI’s StrongNet range, the Steel Wire Ropes are tied longitudinally to the mesh wires at intervals of 0.3 m to 1.5 m interval. The DT Mesh Netting (IS 16014) type with varying rope spacing is designed to provide various strengths reaching up to 200kN/m. StrongNet has excellent fall during installation due to the vertical wire ropes and provides excellent function as a drapery mesh system. GTITM RockNet
GTITM RockNet
RockNet is designed and manufactured to reach formidable tensile strengths up to 300kN/M at very low strain. A single continuous length of steel wire rope of 8-10mm diameter and 1770 N/mm2 grade (tensile strength) is wound around a frame of a netting panel of rhomboidal shaped openings.
