PNC Infratech Signs Rs 3,483 Cr NHAI Concession Agreements for Two HAM Highway Projects in Uttar Pradesh

PNC Infratech has signed concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) highway projects in Uttar Pradesh with a combined bid project cost of Rs 3,483 crore.

According to the company's regulatory filing, the agreements were executed on July 16, 2026, and the projects will be implemented through special purpose vehicles (SPVs) incorporated by PNC Infratech.

The first project, valued at Rs 1,728 crore, involves the construction of a four-lane highway from Barabanki to Mustafabad on NH-927 under the National Highways (Original) [NH(O)] Scheme (Package-I). The project will be executed through Barabanki Mustafabad Highway Pvt Ltd.

The second project, with a bid project cost of Rs 1,755 crore, covers the construction of a four-lane highway from Mustafabad to Biswariya on NH-927 under the NH(O) Scheme (Package-II). It will be executed by Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Pvt Ltd.

The two projects are expected to enhance highway connectivity in Uttar Pradesh while strengthening the NH-927 corridor under the Hybrid Annuity Mode framework, in which project risks and financing responsibilities are shared between the government and the concessionaire.
