IRB Infrastructure secures ₹909-cr road project in Tamil Nadu
IRB Infrastructure Developers has announced that it has secured a road project worth ₹909 crore in Tamil Nadu, in the southern region of the country. The company will build the project using the Hybrid Annuity Model and has received an appointed date from the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) for the Chittoor Thachur highway project. The company has already mobilized resources and has begun construction work on the site. The project, which is part of Bharatmala Pariyojana (Phase IV), involves the construction of a 6-lane road on the Pondavakkam Kannigaipair section of the Chittoor Thachur Highway, spanning 20.060 km. The concession period for the project is 15 years.
