Techno Electric Secures Contracts Worth ₹1,750 cr

Techno Electric & Engineering Company (TEECL) has been awarded multiple contracts amounting to ₹1,750 crore. The contracts include a ₹709 crore transmission order for a 765 kV air-insulated substation (AIS) package for Neemrana-II from Sterlite, a ₹223 crore order for a 765 kV AIS substation package at Sikar from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL), and a ₹288 crore transmission contract covering a substation package for 765/400 kV in Dausa district and extension of 765 kV Beawar from PGCIL. Additionally, TEECL secured ₹1,041 crore orders from REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) for 7.27 lakh smart meters in Kashmir under a design, build, finance, own, operate, and transfer (DBFOOT) model.
