President inaugurates L&T-funded skill training hub in Odisha hometown
President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated a Skill Training Hub in Paharpur, Mayurbhanj, her hometown in Odisha, supported by L&T and SLS Trust. Completed in five months, the state-of-the-art facility aims to empower underprivileged youth by providing construction skills training. The initiative, led by L&T in collaboration with SLS Trust, is crucial for creating opportunities and promising a more inclusive future for the region's tribal youth. Meena Subrahmanyan, President of Prayas Trust, emphasized the center's focus on life skills and personality development to ensure a brighter tomorrow for the trainees.
