Deltabulk Shipping secures bid for Nagpur multimodal logistics park

Deltabulk Shipping India, a London-based subsidiary of Delta Corp Holdings, has won the bid for a 45-year contract to develop a Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Nagpur. The investment of Rs. 365.89 crores outpaced the competition from J M Baxi Ports & Logistics. Alongside a minimum guaranteed revenue, Deltabulk commits to sharing an extra 10 percent of quarterly revenue with National Highways Logistics Management Ltd (NHLM) if it exceeds estimated business outlined in the bid. The estimated revenue for Deltabulk over the concession period is Rs. 33,597 crores. This marks NHLM's fifth MMLP project, aligning with the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan to establish 35 multimodal logistics parks across India.
