However, for their two crushing units of 120 TPH each at Chikhli and assessing the rising demand for M-Sand in infrastructure projects in Gujarat, the client was ready to take their sand washing systems to the next level. It was at this juncture that our loyal client once again sought our expert counsel to ensure a quality and consistent stream of M-Sand recovery from their units. Combo X150 helped give them washed M-Sand from low-grade VSI stone dust, which proved to be a splendid replacement for inconsistent river sand; it also generated good revenue for the client.

Shreenathji has been a sub-contractor to some of the ongoing prestigious projects of Gujarat like the Surat Metro Rail and the Bullet Train. The need of the hour was to achieve a continuous supply of consistent quality M-Sand from an advanced sand-washing plant. To achieve this, the client wanted to utilize the 0-5mm output generated as VSI Dust from their crushing unit to generate quality concrete M-sand (Zone II) and plaster sand, thereby adding to its top line.
