Puzzolana's cone crusher, VSI, asphalt paver

Puzzolana launched bigger sized cone crushers with fixed and floating functions. New VSI, operates on centrifugal discharge impactor for quality sand production


Leading Indian manufacturer with manufacturing facilities spread over India for crushing, screening and sand washing systems. Puzzolana exhibited its new range of solutions including the asphalt paver. Puzzolana also displayed its new range of vertical shaft impactors, New VSI operates on centrifugal discharge impactor which will facilitate production of quality sand with less ultrafine materials. Its special gas bearing design will contribute towards reducing the maintenance costs of the plant. Trials are currently underway of the VSI and the 300 tph throughput, to be commercially launched soon.

Informed Venkat Ramana, Vice President- Marketing, Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators, “We have launched bigger sized cone crushers PFSC 120 and PCC33150 which come with fixed and floating functions designed to enhance the capacity and productivity of the crushing units. The Track Plants are offered with both fixed and floating shaft Cone Cruhsers with capacity upto 350TPH. The fixed shaft crushers can optimize the crushing plants since they can produce smaller size products.”The company also showcased its new asphalt road paver that can pave up to 10 meter width roads. The product will be launched soon.


For higher performance of its crushing and screening plants and predictive maintenance, Puzzolana is working towards digitalizing its crushing and screening plants. “With further automation of the plants with sensors, the performance of the plants can be observed and required changes can be done remotely. This will also help towards timely maintenance of the plants,” said V. Venkatramana. “We are also upgrading our production facilities and bringing in more advancements through automation of the production process. This will improve the quality and quantity throughput of the units.”
