PRALCKA's electric-powered Wheeled Jaw Smart & Cone Smart Crushers
PRALCKA offers Wheeled Jaw Smart and Wheeled Cone Smart Crushers, with energy-efficient features and sustainable materials. The groundbreaking technologies aims at reducing the carbon footprint in the construction and mining industries.
PRALCKA’s focus on sustainability was demonstrated through the introduction of groundbreaking technologies aimed at reducing the carbon footprint in the construction and mining industries. The new line of machinery included the Wheeled Jaw Smart and Wheeled Cone Smart Crushers, with energy-efficient features and sustainable materials.
“These innovations were designed to ensure that our clients experience higher efficiency, reduced operational costs, and increased productivity, while minimizing environmental impact,” said Benny Paul, MD & CEO, PRALCKA Machinery Manufacturing.
“Customers today are looking for enhanced plant optimization, increased production volumes, cost-effective operations, higher equipment uptime, and lower maintenance and operational costs. To address these demands, we have made several key advancements in our crushers.”
“One of our primary engineering breakthroughs is the integration of cutting-edge automation and control systems in our crusher designs. This technology enables more precise control over the crushing process, allowing for optimal adjustments and settings that maximize output and consistent performance. These automated systems also help in reducing human errors, enhancing equipment uptime, and streamlining operations.”
“Through rigorous research and development, we've introduced wear-resistant components and durable materials that extend the lifespan of critical crusher parts, reduce maintenance frequency, and reduce downtime for part replacements – all of which ultimately lower the operational costs for our customers.”
“In addition, our engineering team has redesigned the crushing chambers, leveraging innovative configurations to optimize efficiency and throughput. These redesigned chambers promote better material flow, improved particle shape, and increased production, while maintaining the highest standards of quality in the crushed materials.”
Said Benny, “It is true that, nowadays, most manufacturers are introducing plants with dual power since dual-power plants offer flexibility and benefit customers in terms of reducing their operating and maintenance costs. However, at PRALCKA, we are relying solely on electric power for emission control purposes. Secondly, although the initial investment costs might seem higher, we have found that leveraging electric power for emission control leads to long-term cost savings due to reduced maintenance requirements and operational costs. coupled with potential incentives for using cleaner energy – all of which contribute to financial benefits for our customers.”
“Moreover, by focusing solely on electric power, we've ensured reliability and efficiency in our operations. This allows us to maintain consistent performance, streamline maintenance efforts, and enhance overall productivity, without the complexities of managing dual-power systems,” he added.
He informed that going beyond providing standard equipment to customers, the company also delivers tailor-made solutions that meet the unique requirements of each project. “Our product design, and efficient delivery and installation, ensure that our customers receive not just machinery but comprehensive solutions,” said Benny.
“Every project is distinct, with its own set of challenges and objectives, therefore, our first step is to engage closely with clients to collaborate with them and conceptualize solutions that align with their requirements. Our engineering and design teams transform these concepts into reality by employing new technologies and innovative methodologies. Our installation teams handle the setup and installation processes, ensuring that the machinery operates optimally from the moment it's in place.”
“In fact, we provide continuous support from technical expertise and guidance at every stage of customization to design, delivery, and installation. We also provide comprehensive skill development training programs for operators to efficiently handle our plants and machinery for their rated capacity. We allocate considerable resources and expertise to R&D for exploring new technologies, enhancing existing products, and developing innovative solutions that deliver more value to our customers.”
Benny informed that in FY2024, the company saw substantial growth with an increase in market share, and a stronger position in the mining sector. The company secured significant orders and projects throughout the fiscal year. “This reflects the trust and confidence our clients have in our product quality, reliability, and innovation, and in our services,” he said.
