Telangana sanctions Rs 60,000-cr plan for metro rail expansion
The Telangana government has approved Rs 60,000 crore to expand the metro rail network in Hyderabad in the next three-four years to strengthen public transport in Hyderabad. Metro rail expansion would take place on many routes that connect Hyderabad to its outskirts in various directions.
