RLDA starts process to redevelop Rs 4,700-cr NDLS project

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has started the redevelopment process for New Delhi railway station by holding the pre-bid meeting for the Rs 4,700 crore projects. The authority held a pre-bid meeting to help bidders understand the project's details and scope of work. As many as twelve construction companies including L&T, SPCL, NCC Ltd, GR Infra, Dilip Buildcon, JKIL, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, PSP Projects, ITD CEM Co, Tirumala Seven Hills Pvt Ltd, attended the meeting. The station will be redeveloped in the engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) model. The last date for submission of e-bids is September 29, and the opening the e-bids (technical) is October 5.
