Fortune Panel Systems (India): Advanced Control Panels for Equipment

Fortune Panel Systems (India)
Fortune Panel Systems (India), Satish Patel & Jayanti Patel - Director

Our high-quality control panel systems are designed to be resistant to corrosion and require minimal maintenance. We use advanced machinery and implement strict quality management processes, including ISO 9001:2015.

Fortune Panel Systems (India) manufactures control panels for a range of applications, including asphalt batch mix plants, concrete batching plants, drum mix plants, wet mix plants, brick plants, water pressure boosting systems, sand making crushers, and automation control panels. The control panels are made at the company’s 3100 sqm manufacturing facility located in the Dediyasan Industrial area of Mehsana, Gujarat.

Our control panels feature advanced microprocessors, touch screen and PLC-SCADA-based systems, allowing operators to easily manage and control the entire plant from a single location. The PLCs and SCADA systems allow for real-time control of the batching process, as well as the ability to store and retrieve data on production, recipes, and materials.

Our asphalt batch mix plant's control panel also has a computer LED and HMI unit for setting and viewing data, such as gradation percentages and batch weight. Reports and online monitoring can be accessed through the SCADA system, including delivery slips, consumption reports, and production reports.

Enabling precise control of plant operations

Fortune Panel Systems (India)
The Drum Mix Plant control panel is equipped with advanced microprocessor and PLC-SCADA technology for precise control of plant operations. The panel includes features such as AC motor control, main burner control, bitumen burner control, general section, dimmer control/AC drive control, and a microprocessor unit with load cell system. Additionally, there is a computer printer for generating production and daily reports.

The Wet Mix Plant control panel is also equipped with state-of-the-art microprocessor and PLC technology for efficient plant operations. It is suitable for wet mix plants of any size, ranging from 60 to 300 tons per hour. Water is accurately measured with a digital flow meter, while cement and filler are controlled through a rotary valve or screw conveyor. A load cell system is used to accurately weigh dry material, and gradation is ensured using variable AC drives on bins. Synchronization cut ensures the exact ratio of materials.

Ensuring optimum performance and longevity of products

We offer high-quality control panel systems that are designed to be highly resistant to corrosion and require minimal maintenance. We use advanced machinery and implement strict quality management processes, including ISO 9001:2015.

To ensure the best possible performance and longevity of our control systems, we use high-quality materials from reputable sources such as Siemens, Schneider, B&R, C&S, Delta, OMPAN, RR Kabel, and ABB. Our production facilities are equipped with pre-treatment process tanks, spray painting, and automatic tapping machines to further improve the corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance.
