The support of my husband and family members, and their willingness to step in and take care of household chores during times when work demands my full attention is invaluable. Knowing that I have a strong support system allows me to focus on my professional duties. Though I pursued an MBA in marketing & finance, I always wanted to work in logistics – and though this industry comes with a challenging workload and is demanding in nature, my passion for the field has kept me motivated.

The integration of WBC has proven invaluable, particularly during late hours when attending to warehouse issues from home is essential. With this technology, I can efficiently escalate and address issues remotely, ensuring smooth operations even outside traditional working hours.

Furthermore, advancements in AI-powered forecasting and IoT for real-time tracking have further optimized our processes, enabling us to anticipate and address challenges proactively. These tools not only enhance efficiency but also empower us to stay ahead in a competitive industry, fulfilling my ambition to drive innovation and excel in my role.

In 2014, while serving as the Key Account Manager for Burger King, I encountered a significant challenge on February 13th. Our delivery vehicle carrying buns was impounded due to an accident, just before the launch of Valentine's Day offers. With an urgent need to deliver fresh buns to our stores overnight, time was critical. Despite the setback, I acted swiftly, negotiating with the police to retrieve our perishable stock. Using innovation and resourcefulness, I organized a fleet of rickshaws to transport the buns to our stores, successfully delivering them to 15 locations before the deadline.

This experience highlighted the importance of quick thinking and collaboration. As a result, at Snowman, in the face of adversity, our team demonstrated resilience, turning a potential disaster into a testament to our ability to overcome challenges.
