Godrej Properties (GPL) has emerged as the highest bidder in the e-auction conducted by the West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation (WBHIDCO). As a result, GPL will acquire a 7.44-acre land parcel situated in the prestigious locality of New Alipore, Kolkata.
Recognizing the immense potential of this prime location, Godrej Properties plans to develop the land into a luxury group housing project. The project will benefit from the existing infrastructure in the area, which is well-regarded for its premium amenities and convenient access to major social and commercial hubs within the city.
