Mr. Oberoi's passion for real estate was seeded into him at a very young age. In India, buying a home is considered to be a sign of prosperity, and of realization of dreams. His passion became his work and he got the opportunity to create spaces that directly impact and enhance the lives of his customers. Being a Harvard Business School Alumnus, Mr.Oberoi is the founder of Oberio realty and also a Board member of India Advisory Board of HBS. Even though, he is not a trained architect but he is passionate about design and lays strong focus on design details.

The group recently forayed into the central suburbs of Mumbai with the launch of its twin developments, Eternia and Enigma, at Mulund. In Worli, the company partnered with The Ritz-Carlton as the hospitality partner for their iconic mixed use development, "Three Sixty West". This mixed-use development consists of two high-rise towers; The Ritz-Carlton, Mumbai and luxury Residences - managed by The Ritz-Carlton.
Oberoi Exquisite & Esquire are Oberoi Realty's residential projects situated in Oberoi Garden City (OGC), Goregaon. The development at OGC was envisioned on a 'City within a City" concept. The idea here was to provide the customers a holistic living experience and fulfill the customers' life, work, play and other lifestyle needs all in the same location.
The company under the stewardship of Mr. Oberoi is also looking to launch the third phase of the residential development at OGC probably by the end of this financial year; along with another residential development at Borivali, on the land parcel they acquired from Tata Steel a year ago.
