Mr. Rohtas Goel is a name to reckon with in the real estate and construction industry and an inspiration for many. Having worked his way to the higher echelon of success and glory, Mr. Goel founded Omaxe over a quarter century ago. Being a Civil Engineer, he has nurtured Omaxe from a construction house to a renowned brand in the Real Estate. Leading from the front, he has steered the group to an unprecedented height where it can take pride in ushering new designs, innovative concepts, transparency and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Goel laid the foundation of Omaxe Builders Private Limited in 1989 to undertake construction & contracting business. In 2001, under his foresighted leadership, the group made inroads into the evolving real estate sector. In 2007, Omaxe got listed on Indian bourses (BSE and NSE). Within a short span, it emerged as one of the largest real estate companies marked by some renowned and highly appreciated projects, awards and accolades and more importantly trust of the people.

His guidance, based on experience and hard work, has led to the astounding success of Omaxe. Having delivered approx. 95.2 million sq.ft. in both real estate and construction contracting, the group is presently executing 39 real estate projects across various verticals. His brilliance has seen the group delivering some of the most remarkable projects in Delhi-NCR like NRI City in Greater Noida, The Forest in Noida, The Nile in Gurgaon, Twin Towers, Noida, Grand Omaxe, Noida to name a few. His foresightedness saw the group make inroads into tier II and III cities over a decade back when he realised the potential of these cities and envisioned Omaxe's role in changing their landscape.

Today, the group has its presence in 27 cities and 8 states like Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi.
