Mantri Developers was the first company to establish a PPP with the Government of Karnataka to improve Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore in 2003; first PPP in India for development of a Metro station (Swastik Metro) with BMRCL; first developer to partner with Morgan Stanley Real Estate for FDI in real estate in 2006; first to provide telemedicine services allowing doctors to examine residents through video conferencing, and first to introduce mobile app (Mantri Corp) in the sector for real time project information at fingertips, and other digital innovations like digital information kiosks, and unified voice and video chatting.
Mr. Mantri's new age thinking has enabled Mantri Developers to be leaders in the adoption of green technology and environmentally sustainable building practices. He believes that Green buildings are sustainable by nature and can reduce the overall impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment by efficiently using energy, water, and other resources.
He is a firm believer in giving back to society and through his various endeavors; he continually strives to make a positive contribution to the society. He launched Mantri S.E.V.A (Support and Encouraging Voluntary Action) with an aim to promote education, skill development and sustainability.
His spectacular achievements have received accolades and recognition for him as well as the company at national and international levels. He was conferred with Industry Doyen status by CIDC second year in a row at CIDC Vishwakarma Awards 2015 and Young Visionary Award in Real Estate Infrastructure from Construction Source India in 2010, besides being chosen as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst and Young in 2003.
In addition to these, Mantri Developers, was conferred with several awards such as Commendation for Significant Achievement Award by CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development in 2014; awarded for HR Excellence by CII in 2014; CII-ITC Sustainability Award 2012 by Honourable President of India; "Promising Future Company" at the GIREM Leadership Awards in November 2010; "Best Builder - Karnataka" award by Government of Karnataka in 2009 and many more.
