Our IoT-based Auto Flame Controller Burners optimize plant operations
The company’s recent development is the new ‘Auto Flame Controller’ burners that are completely IoT-based. Through a program, the burners can be set to make the combustion system of the plant adapted to as much as 40 variants of fuel configurations. The Auto Flame Controller burner has a PLC-based unit; its data can be analyzed to further fine tune the operations of the plant and attain the right levels of combustion and air-to-fuel ratio. The burner has been getting an encouraging response from users. Burner India will be looking at further digitization of its burners for more efficient performance.Our new solution for plant optimization is the Dual Fuel Burner
Burner India is continuing its development of new solutions to further optimize the performance of asphalt batch mix plants. Solutions are aimed at making the burners to do combustion of multiple fuels. A new solution for plant optimization is its ‘Dual Fuel Burner’ which can efficiently do combustion of LDO and other liquid and gas fuel (as per the availability with asphalt batch mix plant owners and operators).
We will develop manufacturing competence to integrate our burners with asphalt batch mix plants.
Burner India plans to target the mid-level asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers by entering into alliances with them for developing solutions that match their rated output and plant performance, and varied application requirements. It will undertake extensive research, designing, and develop core manufacturing competence to integrate its burners with asphalt batch mix plants. At the same time, it will also be open to work with big asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers. With its strategy to work directly with OEMs, the company will develop technically competitive solutions, backed by product support.
