The elevated corridor will be constructed keeping in perspective the growth potential of vehicular traffic for the next 50 years in Jamshedpur and its peripheral areas. The flyover will have two ramps, one each at the two ends to facilitate the residents living in the corridor area to access the flyover without driving long distances to enter the corridor. The Union Transport Minister has directed officials to make sure that all the mandatory formalities be completed on a fast-tracked basis so that the finalization and tendering process are completed and the construction activities are carried out in a time-bound manner.
