Macrotech Developers to Launch 17 Housing Projects in FY 2024-25
Macrotech Developers, known for its Lodha brand, is set to unveil 17 housing projects in the current financial year. These projects, comprising 10 new developments and seven new phases in existing residential projects, will be spread across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune, and Bengaluru, as detailed in an investor presentation. The total area slated for launch is estimated at 10.1 million sq. ft., with an expected gross development value (GDV) of Rs 12,100 crore.
In addition to project launches, Macrotech Developers plans to increase its investment in construction for the current fiscal year to over Rs 5,000 crore. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's sales bookings in response to robust demand. With a target to deliver more than 10,000 apartments in 2024-25, compared to approximately 8,200 units previously, the company is aiming to achieve property sales worth Rs 17,500 crore during this financial year, marking a 21 percent growth from the previous year.
