Bids Invited by BRO for Tato-Mechuka Road Upgradation
The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) has opened bids for the upgradation of balance work on the Tato-Mechuka road in East Siang, Arunachal Pradesh.
The project entails the construction of remaining segments of the Tato-Mechuka road, spanning from design chainage km 23.800 to km 41.275 (net length-17.475 km), and existing chainage from km 24.800 to km 45.100, transforming it into a two-lane road with hard shoulders. This EPC contract falls under Project Brahmank in the state, with a completion timeline of 24 months. Additionally, the contract includes maintenance for five years from the actual date of completion. The total development cost for this endeavor is ₹133.19 crore.
