We have ventured into M-sand manufacturing solutions and waste recycling, based on advanced technology.

Gujarat-based block machines manufacturer Neptune Industries has ventured into M-sand production solutions and has also set up an Industrial Waste Recycling Business Unit.

Expanding the business horizon

Neptune Industries
We have been making major strides in block making machines that can utilize fly ash, steel slag and other waste/residual materials for which we are offering single units and also undertaking turnkey projects. We have now ventured into producing products for making M-sand such as dry mix mortar plants and dry classifiers that make M-sand through the dry process. We are marketing these solutions under the brand name Neptune-Protech.

The increasing scarcity of natural river sand and legal regulations by state agencies are driving demand for M-sand, which is required for use in construction of all types of structures, be they commercial, residential, or big infrastructure projects. Our Neptune Protech dry mix mortar plants and classifiers can be used to produce M-sand, plaster sand, wall putty, white cement, and grouting materials.

Unlike some producers of M-sand and plastered sand solutions that offer standard solutions, Neptune, being a technology driven company, has a deeper understanding of the characteristics of the raw materials available across different terrains and geology of India. We have undertaken extensive R&D in this field so that unlike other M-sand or plaster sand equipment manufacturers who provide standalone equipment with standard functions, we have based our solutions on well-researched technological processes. We have thus come up with premium and highly competitive products.

Our M-sand plants are in capacities ranging from 5 tph to 60 tph and can be custom engineered to capacities of 120 to 200 tph, based on the client’s needs. We will be marketing the plants to standalone quarry owners and corporates; we can also undertake turnkey projects for cement and other process industries.

Expanding range of products, solutions, and services

Neptune Industries
Our plough shear and NC mixer are also new products in our stable that also feature advanced technologies and processes. The mixer can produce dry mix mortars, plasters, and wall putty. Our new Industrial Waste Recycling Business Unit will be used for identifying industrial waste generated from industries like steel etc and converting the byproduct/waste to usable products through our mixing, palletization, extrusion and pressing solutions. The process entails processes like shredding, solidifying, and breaking.

To meet demand from big projects, we are now manufacturing higher capacity block making machines, which are available as a single unit to clients as well as turnkey solutions of 1 lakh to 2 lakh bricks/blocks. Alongside its new product verticals, the company is also expanding its dealer network to provide market and service support, and is also setting up its own service team to assist the dealers.
