Fluiconnecto is a leading international service organisation focused on fluid conveyance systems and solutions. It offers products and application knowledge, as well as maintenance services to OEMs and end-users in all market segments, through a global network tailored to local conditions. Fluiconnecto’s services are made available at the customer’s doorstep in 6 continents, through a network of OEM Assembly Plants, Hydroshops, On-Site Workshops, and Service On-Site (SOS) Vans.

Producing high-performance solutions for OEMs

In India, Fluiconnecto has state-of-the-art OEM facilities in Pune, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad which provide cutting-edge fluid conveying solutions and customised products. These three facilities hold ISO19001 and ISO14001 certifications for production and environmental responsibility. They are well-equipped to manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies, manipulated steel tube assemblies, and hybrid hose tube assemblies, with precision and high quality. Additional capabilities include supplying rock breaker kits, adaptors, connectors, hose protection and accessories.

Our services to major OEM customers include port-to-port engineering design, pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance, engineering problem solving, expertise and innovation in assembly processes, high-level logistics, and more. Port-to-port begins with the identification of the challenges that customers face in their daily operations and an understanding of their requirements to produce high-performance equipment for our OEM customers.

We have a network for providing products, application knowledge, and maintenance services to all market segments through an ever-expanding global network of Hydroshops, mobile vans and on-site workshops. The Hydroshops, located in Dariba and Agucha in Rajasthan, are Fluiconnecto’s specialized service points, strategically located to be closer to customers where they can easily place and collect orders, and make use of the company’s professional services - from hose assemblies to maintenance of hydraulic lines.

Our experienced and professional personnel guide customers to find the right solution for their assets and to keep their operations running. Each Hydroshop is equipped with its own hose assembly workshop, a service area, and a warehouse that stocks thousands of parts to guarantee prompt service.

Our certified maintenance technicians in both OEM and Retail Business Units are endorsed by manufacturers - Manuli Hydraulics and RYCO Hydraulics. They ensure top-notch service, support customers in finding the best solutions for operating, and maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prevent failures.
