With its presence in both national and international markets, JEHEL caters to the needs of core sector industries like cement, sugar, steel & sponge iron, glass, construction, paper etc. Quality and customer satisfaction are our core values and we strive to strictly adhere to them. Through our efforts, the company has carved out a strong niche in the market as a one-stop destination for all types of Hydraulic Material Handling & Rock Breaking solutions.

Truck Mounted Crane

We have entered a joint venture agreement with ASELKON of Turkey for knuckle-boom telescopic cranes-– Truck Mounted, Railway & Ship. ASELKON is amongst the world-leaders in compact high-capacity hydraulic lifting technology. Knuckle-boom cranes have higher ton-meter parameters (power) to sustain machine weight (power-weight ratio). They are compact in size, have a lower weight, higher power, high manoeuvrability, enable ease of handling with digitized controls and ergonomically designed hydraulics.

JEKON Truck

Truck Mounted Cranes

JEKON Truck Mounted Hydraulic Knuckle Boom cranes have a high load-carrying capacity (10 to 100 Ton). All the models are provided with Rope & Winch, Safe Load Indicator, and Smart Operator Cabin.

With Man-lift FRP basket attachment, the cranes can be used to work at heights up to 55 m. Also, other attachments like buckets, brick/block grabs, pallet forks, log grabs etc can be easily fitted in order to use the crane as a multi-functional equipment.

Considering all the different applications that it can be used for; this piece of equipment is light enough for the truck to carry its regular cargo and carry the weight of the mounted crane as well.

Being a Single Integrated Unit for loading-unloading-transportation, the equipment offers optimum availability for users and consequently cuts down fuel, labour and time costs.

They are excellent at lifting cargo horizontally, meaning that they can even be used in low clearance, tight spaces without causing any damage. The cranes allow the operator to load or unload the cargo with much less vertical clearance required as compared to a straight boom crane. They provide operators a significantly better control over the loads. This enhances the productivity and efficiency, because the loads can be placed exactly where they are supposed to: on the ground, on tall buildings, etc. Apart from being CE certified, they come with value additions such as Electronic Safe Load Indicators, GPS technology and other features, and have the best lifting capacity in their class.

Railway Vehicle

What’s more, these machines have low service costs and maintenance. Even the high technology features do not come at any higher price, in fact, the pricing is very competitive both during acquisition as well as their life-time cost. Such revolutionary cranes, brought to the Asian market by the JEHEL-ASELKON JV JEKON, are finding extensive use across industry segments.

JEHEL is proud to associate itself with top players in various core sector industries in India. With dedicated and experienced service & maintenance team, JEHEL provides after-sales-support to its customers all over India.
