Everest Engineering Equipment Launches GJJ Passenger Hoist and CNC Stirrup Bender at EXCON
The newly launched GJJ passenger hoist has a cage length of 3.6 meters compared to the earlier 3.2 metres. It is designed to vertically transport materials like marble, granites, special windows, plywood, and other building materials. The CNC Stirrup Bender is developed for high strength 550D TMT and has a very low set-up time. The machine can bend both single and double rods with the same precision, efficiency, and economy.
“Excon has always been an excellent experience for us, and this year too, footfall was quite higher than what we expected and we have sold our machine on the very first day,” says Ramdev.
“Our new GJJ passenger hoist was inaugurated by a client - MAIA Estate LLP. Impressed by its performance, MAIA has already booked three of these hoists for their upcoming projects,” he informs.
GJJ is considered a world leader in passenger hoists, which are well accepted all over the world, including North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Asia etc. “Thousands of GJJ hoists have been working trouble-free for over 25 years. It is proven that GJJ hoists have all the required safety features; and even a standard GJJ hoist can go up to a height of 500 metres, with speed options of 46m/min, 63m/min, 96m/min, and even 120m/min (2m/sec), which no company offers,” says Ramdev.
“We plan to manufacture the hoists in India backed by their technological know-how, and we will make the product more price competitive, without compromising on its quality and safety aspects. Presently, our GJJ hoists are far superior in quality and less costly than the European counterparts. Our strategy in India is to keep our profit margins low, while increasing our customer base.”
To support the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat initiative of the Government, Everest has purchased a land parcel in Kolad in Maharashtra (90 kms from Mumbai) where it will set up a 100% indigenous passenger hoist manufacturing facility within the next two years or so. The hoists will be supplied to the domestic market and also exported to other countries. Everest currently has over 70 service engineers across India for prompt after-sales service and timely supply of spare parts within 24 hours.

We keep introducing advanced products in the Indian market as our sole aim at Everest Engineering is to provide high quality machineries that can boost the country’s growth in construction sector.
