Grand Chola, Chennai Grand Chola, the mammoth Rs.6 billion project is India’s biggest Greenfield hotel currently under construction provides 600 rooms. The 12 storey structure is expected to be the new address for luxury in the booming south Indian city of Chennai.

The ninty five thousand cubic meters of concrete is being used in building a 1.6 million square meter facility. Besides this, the complex will house 100 serviced apartments, a ‘luxurious preview theatre,’ over 40,000 sqft of retail space, and 55,000 sqft of conference and exhibition facilities, which, according to Mr. Nakul Anand (Exec Director, ITC), will be the largest that any hotel in the country offers.
