Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers Limited

Pradeep Jain, born in 1965 is a completely self-made man who started his career as a Marketing Associate with various Real Estate Developers. Mr. Pradeep Jain is married to Nutan Jain who belongs to a reputed Jain family of New Delhi and blessed with a daughter and a son.

Having understood the finer norms of housing business, he started Parasnath and Associates Pvt. Ltd. in 1984. With a vast experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Jain visualized the lucrative opportunities in the sector and it was his vision that gave birth to Parsvnath Developers Limited, which was incorporated in 1990. Over the years, Mr.Jain's expertise in the realty sector has helped Parsvnath Developers Limited to explore opportunities to foray into infrastructure domain, hospitality, and entertainment avenues. This optimistic move has helped Parsvnath to become a real estate developer, a leading infrastructure developer. Today, Parsvnath has offered possession in 56 projects consisting of residential, commercial, multiplexes, integrated townships / metro stations / malls etc. with a total area of 22.9 mn ft2 It has a land bank of 51.44 mn ft2 under development and also has large chunk of land for townships and further developments.

Mr. Jain firmly believes that Corporate Social Responsibilities add corporate value to organizations and hence formed Parsvnath Foundation, a CSR arm of Parsvnath Developers Ltd. Through his voluntary efforts, he is constantly associated with numerous Philanthropic organizations & social activities. With this initiative, he has tried to promote, operate, improve, and develop scientific institutions, schools, libraries, clinics, hospitals, dispensaries, and crèches for the poor and needy.

Mr. Jain, is also a Management Board Member of Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA); ex-Chairman of CREDAI-National, an apex body of real estate developers in India; Director & Vice President of Jain Trade International Organization (JIITO Apex National); Vice President of all India Chess Federation.He is also a Governing Body member with PHDCCI, and several other business and socio-cultural organizations.

He is one of the Trustees of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital Trust, Delhi and Vice Chairman of Moradabad Education Trust, which runs Engineering, Management, and Pharmacy Colleges.

Mr. Jain and his Parsvnath Group are winner of numerous National Awards of Excellence in various fields and true to their tag line, are committed to build a better world.
