Investment of Rs 600 cr by AIPL to complete Ludhiana township project
In order to complete a 500-acre township project at Ludhiana in Punjab, real estate firm Advance India Projects (AIPL) has decided to invest around Rs 600 crore to complete the township project which was earlier launched by the Ireo group in 2010, but was stalled due to financial issues. In July 2021, the Gurugram-based company AIPL took over the township from Ireo group firm and has now rebranded it as 'AIPL Dream City Ludhiana'.
AIPL till date has delivered 60 projects, mostly in the commercial segment and is involved in developing real estate projects across Delhi-NCR, Punjab and Rajasthan.
